  1. Mix all the lentils, rice and millets and soak for 3-4 hours
  2. Next grind all the ingredients
  3. Once they are grind well keep it for fermentation overnight
  4. After fermentation add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
  5. Also add oil, salt, turmeric powder and hing
  6. Mix everything well and steam for ~20 Mins
  7. Let it cool down completely and cut into square
  8. Add tempering on the top and enjoy
