  1. Take 300ml of water and add salt, oil and penne pasta, boil till the pasta is cooked. Empty the boiled pasta to a bowl and add oil and salt and give it a mix so that they do not stick to each other.
  2. Now take a wide pan add oil to it, add jeera, 1 chopped onion and fry till the onion turns translucent, add ginger and garlic paste, saute it till the raw smell goes off.
