  1. Use 200 gm Cottage cheese
  2. You need 1 cup warm milk
  3. Use 1/4 cup whipped curd
  4. Use 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi

  6. You need 1 tsp crushed ginger
  7. Use 4 saffron threads
  8. Prepare 5 cashews
  9. Provide 5 almonds
  10. You need 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  11. Provide 1 bay leaf
  12. You need 1 " cinnamon
  13. Use 2 green cardamom
  14. Use 2 cloves
  15. You need 1 tsp cumin seeds
  16. Use 1 tsp kewda water
  17. Prepare to taste Salt
  18. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  19. Prepare 1/4 tsp sugar
  20. Use 1 tbsp desi ghee
Instructions to make Nawabi Paneer:
  1. Soak Poppy seeds, cashews and almonds in water for half an hour.
  2. Soak saffron threads in one tbsp of warm milk.
  3. Now take a mixer jar add soaked dry fruits & one tbsp milk mix well then blend it and make smooth paste.
  4. Heat a wok on medium flame add ghee. When ghee hot add bay leaf, green cardamom, cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon sauteed then add whole green chilli & ginger paste stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Now add dry fruits paste mix well on low flame. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add curd. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes till cook, then add black pepper powder, salt and sugar mix well. Add warm milk cook till it becomes one boil, Now add kewda water & paneer cubes, cook it for 5 minutes until it becomes mushy. Now add saffron milk & mix well. Stir continuously for 30 seconds, lastly add kasuri methi & mix well. Turn off the heat. Ready to serve 'Nawabi Paneer'.
  7. Pour the delicious NAWABI PANEER in serving bowl. Serve with Tandoori Roti or Butter Naan. Enjoy!!
